Not Wheelchair Accessible
Tours and Airport service start with ( Minimum 4 people & Maximum 7 )
We accept Canadian dollars.
Please be ready at your pickup location 1/2 hour prior to your pickup time.
CanaBreeze will not be responsible for any costs incurred by passengers missing their departure.
Smoking is not permitted in any of our tours and airport services.
Vandalizing or damaging any part of the vehicles is subject to additional charges for repair / replacement.
CanaBreeze will not be held responsible for any lost or damaged
articles. However, any lost items will be looked for and made available
for pickup if found.
If a passenger traveling with CanaBreeze should become ill,
hospitalized or injured during their tour and miss their departure,
CanaBreeze will not be responsible for any cost incurred by the
hospitalized or ill tour passenger or any tour passenger that stays
behind with the ill, hospitalized or injured passenger. Passengers will
be responsible to make their own arrangements for transportation and
accommodations.
In the case of severe weather conditions, road closures, or reasons beyond our control where CanaBreeze can not travel safely, departure times may be delayed or cancelled. If this should occur, every effort will be be made to inform passengers of such changes and be provided with any information regarding new departure times or changes. If any delay requires an overnight stay and additional accommodations or meals are required, the cost of such items will be the sole responsibility of the tour passengers.
CanaBreeze will not be held liable or responsible for cancellations that occur due to reasons beyond our control. Passengers can not make claim for lost time, lost wages, travel time, fuel consumption or any other cost that may have been incurred but the passenger due to trip cancellation.
CanaBreeze will not be held responsible for lost, misplaced or stolen
articles, luggage, clothing, or any other personal belongings. Please
tag your luggage well, indicate your contact information clearly
Child Safety Seats
Customers are welcome to use child safety seats in our vehicles that have lap or shoulder belts / harnesses. However, the seat space must be purchased at the discount child fare. You should ensure that your child seat has been approved for use in a motor vehicle, and is used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
It is your responsibility to secure the child seat to the bus seat using the lap or shoulder belts / harnesses provided.

Take care of your personal items during the trip.
No dangerous selfies.
Do not get close to wild animals.
Biking
Stay on the right side of the lane.
Stay out of drivers blind spots.
Be respectful to other cyclists.
Ride in a straight line.
Do not answer phone calls when riding a bike.
Use reflectors.
Baggage Information
We have limitations for baggage size, allowing one carry on or mid-sized backpack for each passenger. Please call us before your tour or airport service if you have any questions.
Identification should be attached to your baggage, including name and address.
Fragile items must be wrapped in bubble wrap to prevent any damage during your trip.
Dangerous materials are not allowed.

Students: University (Aperture Drive W terminal in front of Library), College (Parking lot in front of main bus station)
For all those living outside the City of Lethbridge (Tourist center on Mayor Magrath at the Chinook tourist park area)
Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation: Under 14 days for Airport Service is non-refundable.
Multi-days Tours with accommodations are non-refundable.
One day tours under 14 days are non-refundable.
